This policy describes how Benefits Management Group Inc. collects and handles your information when you communicate with us via SMS regarding your healthcare, insurance claims, or pension fund requests.

1. Information We Collect

To provide efficient service, we collect and process the following through SMS:

· Contact Details: Your mobile phone number and name.

· Protected Health Information (PHI): Information regarding healthcare claims.

· Financial & Benefit Data: Information related to insurance claim status and pension fund distribution requests.

2. Purpose of Use

We use your information strictly for conducting business with you. Specific uses include:

· Claims Processing: Providing updates on the status of healthcare or insurance claims.

· Pension Administration: Facilitating fund requests and responding to benefit inquiries.

3. No Third-Party Sharing

We maintain a strict “no-sharing” policy for marketing:

· No Marketing Disclosure: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

· Operational Necessity: Information is shared only with our HIPAA-compliant SMS service providers strictly to deliver your messages. These providers are bound by Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

4. HIPAA & Data Security (2026 Standards)

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your ePHI:

· Encryption: In accordance with 2026 standards, all ePHI is encrypted both at rest and in transit.

· Access Controls: Only authorized personnel with unique credentials can access your messaging history.

· Risk Warning: Standard SMS is not inherently secure. By opting in, you acknowledge that messages may be unencrypted while in transit across carrier networks.

5. Your Rights & Opt-Out

· Revocation: You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will honor this request immediately.

· Information Access: You have the right to request a record of the information we have collected from you through our SMS services.

6. Regulatory Compliance

This policy is intended to comply with the FCC Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the HIPAA Privacy Rule. As of February 2026, we maintain updated records of consent and provide attestations for PHI disclosures as required by law.
