James V. Gallery


Driven by the belief that cost-effective technology can maximize benefits administration efficiencies for groups large and small, Jim founded Benefits Management Group to change the way that benefits information is processed. He brings with him more than two decades of successful employee benefits administration and consulting experience including 10 years with a large regional third party administration provider where he was President and a decade with a national leader consulting to multi-employer funds.

John Anto

Chief Information Officer

For more than 20 years, John has been involved in technology projects defining requirements, designing and managing client server, content management and Web applications. An experienced and committed leader, John has successfully delivered major technology initiatives for large insurance companies including the design and implementation of a web content delivery initiative and multi-state Call Center development.

Christopher Krzysko

Chief Financial Officer

Christopher adds financial management expertise to the Benefits Management Group team. During his 20-year career, Christopher has held a number of positions from Controller of union manufacturing facilities to CFO of a technology firm. He earned his Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Committed to innovation and excellence, he has a solid track record of strategic business development and execution that delivers measurable results.

Venki Venkatraman

Director of Development

Venki has more than 25 years of software development expertise and a passion for developing custom software. Having worked for Accenture and Coopers & Lybrand, he has strong technical knowledge, product development and project management skills. Venki is passionate about challenging himself and his team to take products into the next level.

Nathaniel Curry

Executive Vice President

Nate Curry brings more than 35 years experience in trust fund administration to his role. He was instrumental in the development of new systems, data analytics and operational controls for several client funds. Nate has directed client services for national, regional, multi-state and local clients in throughout the United States. As Executive Vice President, Nate serves a key role for BMGI client conversions; technology implementation, business operations and user support. Nate earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Computer Science from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois.
